The fruit is sourced from vineyards 50 years old vines, facing South-West rooted in porphyritic sands at 300-350 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 30 days. The wine is aged 28 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
