Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Viognier 60%, Chardonnay 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Serra dell'Olio farm, the Lame farm and Nicolino farm near the Tuscan coast. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrique, tonneau and cement tanks for 2-3 months. The wine is aged 9 months in barrique and tonneau. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
