Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Canaiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards new plantings of old vines clones on soils rich in clay, loam and sand. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 48 hours, alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel vats and maceration with batonnage on the lees. Bottling without adding sulphites, unfiltered and unfined. The wine is aged few months in oak barrels then in steel tanks. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
