This Cannonau di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines at an altitude between 650 and 800 metres. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in wood. The wine is aged 12 months at least in chestnutwood barrels. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
