Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines at least 45 years positioned on calcareous soils. Vinification: concrete spontaneous fermentation. The wine is aged 24-30 months in small cement vats, then some months in bottle. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
