A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines about 40 years old grown organically, 180 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for about 20 days. The wine is aged 6/8 months in stainless steel. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
