Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the island of Pantelleria from a 12-year-old plot of one hectare located on hilly-clayey soils of volcanic nature. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
