Crafted from Carricante 95% and Albanello 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained and rooted on soils rich in red clays in the Monti Iblei at 400-500 meters above sea level. Organic cultivation. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel with very short maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and tonneau.
