A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Carricante 95%, Riesling 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the vineyards of Sciara Nuova, at an altitude of 870 meters above sea level, on vines perfectly exposed and soils blacks to the volcanic sands, rich of minerals. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
