Crafted from Carricante 70%, Cataratto 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60-year-old vines at an altitude of 720-840 metres. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 4 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
