Casalferro Ricasoli

Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level in a clayey soil, faced to South. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak barriques (90%) and American oak barriques (10%). A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
