The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Contrada Salmé in the Vittoria area, at 450 m above sea level in a soil rich in red sands and limestone. Manual works without chemical products. Vinification: alcoholic and malalctic fermentatio with ogm-free yeasts in steel vats. The wine is aged 3 months in steel vats and 2 in French barriques.
