Crafted from Nero d'Avola 70%, Frappato 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards of over 20 years, located at 420 meters above sea level, on calcareous and clay. Vinification: maceration for 6 hours, soft pressing, cold settling of the must and fermentation in steel tanks at the contolled temperature of 18°C. The wine is aged at least 12 months in 500-liter barrels and barrique. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
