This Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG stands as a benchmark for Sicily's highest quality classification. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nero d'Avola 70%, Frappato 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 280-300 meters altitude on soils of medium consistency: calcareous, clayey and sandy for Frappato and calcareous-clayey for Nero d'Avola. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 10 months in steel silos and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicilian producers blend indigenous grapes with international varieties, reflecting the island's rich cultural mix.
