This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Belvedere and Masnani vineyards near Pressano and Masseto near San Michele d'Adige cultivated with Guyot system and Trentino pergola on medium-textured soils with a clay component. Vinification: manual harvest of bunches and alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
