Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located in Castelnuovo della Berardenga at 380-420 meters above sea level on clay and limestone soils. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel and 3 months i bottle.
