Hailing from Campania, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Monti Picentini, between Picentino river and Salerno gulf on soils rich in clay and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with temperature control. The wine is aged 6 months in steel and in amphora. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
Campania's viticultural roots stretch back to ancient Roman times, among the oldest in Italy.
