Hailing from Sardinia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 16.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines at 300 mt asl on calcareous soil. Vinification: de-stemming, maceration and spontaneous fermentation for 3 -10 days in concrete tanks. The wine is aged at least 24 months in concrete tanks. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
