'Dogajolo' Rosso Carpineto

Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Sangiovese, Cabernet and other varieties, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: grape varieties are vinified separately, at the end of alcoholic fermentation they are blended in small wooden casks where they slowly complete both fermentations. The wine is aged a few months in wooden barrels. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
