This exceptional Dolcetto d'Alba DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with an average age of 15 years facing south-east, east and west at 300 meters above sea level on tufaceous marly soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature in contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
