A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Dolcetto d'Alba DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the marly-calcareous-clayey soils of the Langhe with south-west exposures with a Guyot system. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation for 12 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 4 months in steel. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
