Crafted from Dolcetto 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from Neive from San Cristoforo, Cottà and Basarin. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 15 days. No filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
