The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from Neive from San Cristoforo, Cottà and Basarin. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 15 days. No filtrations. The wine is aged 6 months in steel.
