A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Dolcetto d'Alba DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards campot vineyard at 280 meters on sea level, South-East facing on white land, limestone and clayey soils. Vinification: fermentation and maceration, with periodic manual punching, for 9 days in steel vats. The wine is aged 10 months in steel vats and 3 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
