This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years vines, with south-east exposition, at 280 metres of altitude, on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in the same vats. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
