This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 30 years old vines with Guyot system rooted on very compact clayey-sandy soils at a height of 420 m above sea level. Vinification: soft maceration in steel tanks for 5/9 days and fermentation for 14 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
