This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Serralunga d'alba at 330 metres above sea level on limestone soils. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with skin maceration in steel vats with control temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in steel tanks and 4 months in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
