This Dolcetto d'Alba DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the hills of Gattera at about 270 meters above sea level, with western exposure. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
