'Donesco' Pacina

Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 95%, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo 5% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 12 years old vines, on soils rich of Siena tuff, sand and clay. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks for 2 weeks. Unfiltered and unclarified. The wine is aged 12 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
