Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards young vines rooted on the Carso red lands, characterized by a rich presence of iron. Vinification: maceration for 3 days for a small part of the mass, alcoholic fermentation in steel and partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
