This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 90%, Nerello Cappuccio 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 35 years vines, cultivated on sandy and volcanic soil, at 450-550 metres of altitude, with cordone speronato and alberello method. Vinification: maceration of 10 days and fermentation in steel tankis. The wine is aged some months in tonneau. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
