This Etna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 95%, Nerello Cappuccio 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrains between 350 and 450 mt a.s.l, young vines cultivated with biodynamic certification. Vinification: fermentazione con lieviti indigeni in tini di rovere da 10/15 hl. The wine is aged 24 mesi in botti di rovere da 15 hl. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
