This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 90%, Nerello Cappuccio 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigne Curve in contrada Piano dei Daini from Solicchiata, in a volcanic soil at 600 metres above sea level. Vinification: destemming, pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 15 days and malolactic fermentation in tonneau. The wine is aged 12 months in 700-litres oak barrels. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
