Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at 500 meters above sea level, on volcanic soil on the eastern slope of Etna. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with 12-15 days of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 24 months in 30-hectoliter French oak barrels.
