'Foglianella' Marinferno

Hailing from Emilia Romagna, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Ortrugo 90%, Chardonnay 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards overripe grapes harvested in the "Vecchia" vineyard of Podere Solana. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks without temperature control. No filtrations. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats and several months in the bottle. A wine showing the lively, versatile spirit of Emilia Romagna wines.
