The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Felsina, in the territory of San Felice, at an altitude of 330 m. above sea level, with exposure to the South-West, on lands rich in sand, silt, small pebbles and marine sediments. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature and maceration for 16-20 days with frequent pumping over and punching down.
