Fumin Ottin

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Fumin 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards they are located in the municipality of Quart, about 600 meters above sea level, with southern exposure and prevalence of soil-sandy silt. The wine is aged 2/3 of the grapes refine in steel tanks, 1/3 in new oak barrels. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
