Crafted from Sangiovese 93%, Canaiolo 5%, Merlot 2%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in volcanic soil from Monteforte, near to San Vincenzo sanctuary. Vinification: must from tanks of Chianti Classico, Riserva, Percarlo and Ricolma, temperature-controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 5 months in stainless steel.
