This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from a single vineyard near the Lake of Monticolo, near Cornaiano. Vinification: grapes picked overripe at the end of November, short maceration and whole cluster crushing, six-month alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
