The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to Pergoletta Romagnola system in a hilly soil rich in clay. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and, for a small percentage, in barriques. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
