Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 42% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Noir 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on deep soils rich in clay and flint. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method. The wine is aged 28 months on the lees.
