Gin 'Peter in the Navy' Peter in Florence

This distinctive wine from Tuscany embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 57.7% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 19-22 years vines, on calcareous soil, at 270 metres of altitude, with south exposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in rotofermenters for one week and malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 2 months in bottle without filtrations. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
