The fruit is sourced from vineyards two small plots on sandy soil. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged several months in 7.5 hl Tava amphorae. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
