Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 60% and Merlot 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: destemming, pressingm alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats. Maceration for 10 days fot he Merlot and for 11-14 days for the Cabernet Sauvignon.
