The fruit is sourced from vineyards 80 years vines on sandy and silty soil on Ruffoli in Greve in Chianti at 450 mt asl. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 12 days. The wine is aged 14 months in tonneau of 350 lt. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
