Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Grillo 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a siliceous clayey soil at about 300 metres above sea level, from Tenuta Risignolo in Salemi and Gibellina area. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in new small oak barrels for 40 days. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
