Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Carricante 40%, Catarratto 30%, Malvasia Bianca 10%, Minnella, Grecanico, Inzolia 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 40-70 vines, on the north-east side of Etna in contrada Marchesa and Passopisciaro, at 750 metres of altitude, with alberello method, on volcanic soil. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenopus yeasts in steel and maceration on the skins for 5 days. The wine is aged some months in steel and in bottle without filtrations and addition sulfites. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
