This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Grecanico 50%, Chardonnay 30%, Viognier 10%, Fiano 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Dispensa, Gurra and Ulmo, in Menfi and Agrigento area. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
