Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Merlot 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards lots of natural clay-loam, with light skeleton, positioned at 250-350 m. above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in "conical" stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a period of 20-25 days. The wine is aged 16 months in new French oak barriques.
