This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nero d'Avola, Syrah, Pinot Nero , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils rich in clay and limestone between 200 and 600 meters above sea level in the Contessa Entellina area. Vinification: short cold maceration for 12-24 hours and alcoholic fermentation in stee tanks with controlled temperatue. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
